Surfboard design for people with disabilities 08/2022 to Current
Volunteer engineering research involving six LMU engineers involved in designing an original surfboard to fit the specifications for an event in which people with disabilities experience surfing in a safe and controlled environment with a specially made board.
Improved upon a previous design that punctured the frame of the board, allowing water inside, by creating a frame that fits around the board.
