From 2010 to 2022 held a leadership role of Evaluating Maintenance Companies for deployment Readiness. Oversaw care and safety of up to 38 Soldiers and equipment.
Managed actions and wellbeing of personnel to maintain operational readiness. Served four separate tours in Iraq from 2002-2009. Recovery Wrecker Operator Specialist. Coached and led training sessions on Wrecker operations.

Performed all maintenance and repairs on military equipment from generators to heavy equipment. Was the main mechanic, knowledge above most employees' basic knowledge. Changing fluid after 1 hour or 10 miles from last service proved challenging due to wastefulness. Position could only be kept by staying in the Army; I wanted to retire.
