  • Responsible for rolling out the Covetrus Welcome Award across 21 countries to over 5,000 employees
  • That involved working with consultants to review government required filings and tax requirements for all countries to whom we awarded equity
  • Responsible for establishing data feeds between the equity system and multiple payrolls so appropriate taxes are withheld for vesting and stock option exercises
  • Helped design and rollout Covetrus’ first domestic Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Responsible for all aspects of administration of the global equity plan including granting awards, monthly reporting, and processing vesting across 21 countries
  • Developed the equity procedures for Sarbanes-Oxley audit requirements
