Managed the trade marketing position for John Frieda Haircare, and John Frieda Precision Foam Color. Responsible for managing the relationship with Marketing and Sales Teams, communicating brand strategies and trade objectives. Launched John Freida Precision Foam Color with 6 months lead time, off cycle, across full market. Participated in the planning, customer calls, and execution of the full program. Earned the Kao Leadership award for these efforts.
Executed Trade and Brand Strategy first for Ban and Biore, and later for Jergens and Curel. Responsible for the communication of all strategies and execution with field sales. Built fact-based sales presentations while collaborating with the marketing teams. Participated as a brand expert in customer calls at various retailers.
Worked in newly created role at Kao USA that I was allowed to design. Mainly drove display work with vendors, managed budgets, facilitated customer presentations, supported field sales with all customer needs.
