I enhance financial reporting accuracy by assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly statements. In addition, I do many journal entries and file Tax Forms such as 1099s.

My Partner an I developed a cookie recipe that took well over 20 batches to create what we think is the best cookie. We are currently working on developing more flavors. I also established a successful business by identifying market needs, developing creative products, designing a logo, and creating a business plan.

I managed both a Senior Dorm of 15 students and a crew of 9 students to clean the bathroom. Each morning, on a daily basis, I would check each students room to ensure it was clean, and throughout the day I would check on the dorm incase there was anything strange. At night I would run my bathroom crew for 30 minuted making sure everything was spotless. After that I would gather everyone from the dorm for the school accounting and then I would run a crew of two students to clean the dorm.

I helped analyzed problems within the receiving and storing department, and I worked with teams to develop solutions. I worked with other employees to develop a plan for the future state and what equipment was needed. I learned a software called Strumis which is a software for Fabrication companies. I set up computers around the factory in order to move the company more digital.

I managed a crew of 8 students for 30 minutes daily to get the bathroom on the 3rd floor of my school clean. I chose a new crew weekly. This bathroom was used by 50-80 different students daily.
