MSI Express Inc. is one of the largest food and beverage distributors in the Chicagoland area, offering a variety of products using various platforms and variety of equipment to produce finished goods. My daily activities included but were not limited to:

  • Directly supervising over 100 employees per day
  • Safety incident reporting, investigating, and corrective actions
  • Onboarding training for new hires and weekly safety trainings in conjunction with daily huddles and monthly town hall meetings
  • Managing day to day operations to insure all activities are productive and we are achieving KPI goals as planned
