-Wearing a harness when working out of a lift.

-Ability to determine if a job can be finished safely especially using the correct lift to make sure that the job can be done safely.

-Ability to find the solution for issues such as changing certain details of the installation without compromising final results and deadline.

-Being precise and paying close attention to the little details, going step by step patiently to complete the job correctly.

-Often speaking to the client to be sure that the job is finished to the customer's satisfaction.

• Hand and power tool knowledge

-Use and knowledge of proper use of tools depending on the job or situation. Using a drill with the correct bit to drill into brick or drywall.
