
Transitioning United States Marine of 9 1/2 years of active duty service with a Secret Clearance specializing in logistical planning operations of Class V(A) Ammunition. • Oversaw the successful and safe handling of 300 tons of ordnance assets with approximately 26,000 pounds of Net Explosive Weight totaling over $27 million dollars with zero mishaps.
• Enforced the safe assembly and disassembly of explosives in accordance with their prospective publications and adhere to the companies standard operating procedures across the board.
• Responsible for the physical asset inventory which include but not limited to, proper labeling of assets for 100% accountability of ammunition storage and segregation, abide by 49 CFR regulation of hazardous transportation on and off station, and sign off the integrity of product input and output.
• Emphasize communicate mission intent, mission purpose, key tasks, mission end state in conjunction to the compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Performed the duties and responsibilities of the Ammunition Stock Recording Section Chief, directly responsible for accurate issue, receipt, storage, and maintenance of databases to facilitate expenditures, requisitions, shipment, and segregation of all Class V(A) ammunition and explosives for Marine Aircraft Group 29.
• Adhere to the companies standard operating procedures to control the flows and movement of aviation ordnance assets on and off stations.
• Standardized daily reports to decrease and mitigate loss and storage discrepancies.
• Prepared bi-weekly situational reports to Operations Manager to discuss the status reports of future and current projects. Reports include but not limited to, identifying qualified personnel, work schedule, budget, identifying constraints, and recommending courses of action to meet objects with the highest productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct schedule and unscheduled inventory to ensure physical assets match quantities in reporting system.
• Supervised over 7,000 issues, receipts, and expenditures for Marine Aviation Group 29 Aviation Ordnance training operations as well as coordinating with 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Aviation Ordnance and Station Weapons, Camp Pendleton to provide MAG-29 and participating squadrons efficient munitions support.
