As the Chief Technology & Digital Office Client Relationship Executive to the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all CFO Information Technology support including Infrastructure, Application Development, Data Orchestration, and Maintenance. Manages organization of 100+ USAA FTE, 250+ 3rd Party FTE, and over $75M in annualized expenses.

• Following major reorganization and realignment across IT, regrew the knowledge and capabilities of the CFO IT organization to meet rapidly expanding business needs: serving an annual Investment need that grew from $15M to $65M in 3 years.
• Leading CFO Transformation Technology Strategy to move CFO from over 7,000 UDAs to supported Strategic Technology Platforms which serve the Enterprise’s Financial needs.
• Led the organization’s transition from a pure Waterfall methodology to a full Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) implementation, pioneering large-scale Program Increment (PI) Planning and revolutionizing the CFO’s planning processes for greater predictability and output.

Managed the Enterprise Integrated Solutions Group (EISG) executing $60M in development for Human Resources, Chief Financial Office, General Counsel, Global Services Delivery, Corporate Services, Enterprise Affairs, Office of the CEO, MX Affinity, and various infrastructure support areas.

• Responsible for IT delivery execution, Executive Stakeholder relationship management, development of staff to include people managers, and leading the creation of an environment of innovation and change.
• Managed the creation of the successful execution foundation for the $60M+ multi-year Brokerage Conversion Journey. Created a leadership environment of experimentation and innovation. First organization to adopt RTC for code and Project Practices. First organization to build out tools and successfully drive Development Driven Testing.
• Drove increased employee morale and customer satisfaction. Launched two additional labs (HR Employee Lab and CFO Lab), creating new agile processes to enable Agile execution with non-Agile vendors and heavy infrastructure components.

Responsible for Managing the Technical Development for Member and Customer Service Representative facing applications within the Bank's Credit Card and Debit Card lines of business. Responsible for vendor engagements and contracts in the establishment of integrate software solutions and platforms. Responsible as the Information Technology Delivery Advisor to Executive Business Decision Makers.

• Managed the successful execution, implementation, and coordination of over $75M in Credit Card and Debit Card development efforts in support of business needs, creating $100’s of millions in direct benefits.
• Managed multiple vendor engagements, including contracting efforts and integration/implementation efforts, to expanded steady state operations (FDR, MC IPS, ALG, IBM, Fiserv)
• Forged ground breaking innovations in Project and Process execution practices, significantly reducing cost, cutting time to business value, all while increasing business agility and flexibility. Drove Culture change and adaptation to Agile Practices.

Multiple Roles:

• Lead 84-person team providing depot-level air traffic services (ATS) equipment maintenance support for 27 active duty, National Guard, and Reserve units supported by ATS Command.
• Second in command of 188-person headquarters troop in Iraq. Led 20-person team maintaining and providing logistics support for 100 vehicles and equipment worth $11 million. Managed force protection program for forward operations base in Iraq. Led 16-person team providing aviation support for armored cavalry regiment during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM.
• Led 49-person team providing logistics support, including fuel, ammunition, water and food for 500-person aviation squadron at home station and in Iraq. Responsible for employing and maintaining 23 vehicles, 11 trailers, and equipment worth over $4 million.
• Led 10-person team in Bosnia providing reconnaissance support for 8,000-person Airborne Division, employing and maintaining 4 helicopters and equipment worth $17 million.
