  • Leading CFO Transformation Technology Strategy to move CFO from over 7,000 UDAs to supported Strategic Technology Platforms which serve the Enterprise’s Financial needs.
  • Led the organization’s transition from a pure Waterfall methodology to a full Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) implementation, pioneering large-scale Program Increment (PI) Planning and revolutionizing the CFO’s planning processes for greater predictability and output.

  • Led 10-person team in Bosnia providing reconnaissance support for 8,000-person Airborne Division, employing and maintaining 4 helicopters and equipment worth $17 million.
