Program using feature mill software, set-up, and operate Haasvf4 mill with 4th axis. Program, set-up and operate hardinge CHNC super precision lathe using smart cam software and FAPT software on control panel. Back-up CMM operator using cmm manager software. Operate conventional lathe, mill, and wet grinder. Perform fit-ups for NASA langley including model calibration and tunnel hardware at modern machine and the wind tunnels at langley. I have some conventional edm experience. I meet twice a week with nasa engineers to discuss ongoing and future projects.
