Train chefs on proper food safety and kitchen cleanliness as well as training them on new recipes and how to lead a kitchen. I was responsible for making sure everything was well stocked and fresh as possible, we even got an award for the cleanest kitchen in kansas city and that's even with it being inside of a dog park.
