- Promote an inclusive and welcoming environment during recruitment, ensuring that all potential new members feel valued and respected.

- Work closely with other recruitment team members and officers to develop strategies and goals for recruitment.

-Meet with potential new members, answer questions, and provide information about the fraternity's values, mission, and activities.

- Organize and coordinate events aimed at attracting potential new members, such as information sessions, social events, and open houses.

- Quickly remove dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables after guests leave to prepare for the next party.
- Reset tables with fresh linens, cutlery, and glassware, ensuring they are clean and ready for new guests.
- Keep guests' water glasses filled throughout their meal.
- Ensure the dining area, including floors, are clean and free of debris. Sweep, mop, and wipe down surfaces as needed.
- Support servers by bringing food to tables, delivering extra utensils, or fulfilling other guest requests.
- Assist with end-of-shift tasks like cleaning, restocking, and setting up for the next day.
- Being efficient, attentive, and maintaining a positive attitude are key in a fast-paced environment.

- Double-check orders before they leave the kitchen to ensure all dishes, modifications, and special requests are correct.

- Train new food runners on proper procedures, customer service, and the restaurant’s standards.

- Address any immediate customer needs or concerns regarding their food, such as missing items or adjustments.

- Ensure that the food running area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary items such as trays, utensils, and condiments.

- Keep an eye on the presentation and quality of dishes before they are delivered to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.

- Address any issues that arise during service, such as delays or incorrect orders, and work with the team to find quick solutions.

- Welcome guests as they arrive at the beach, providing a friendly and helpful first impression.

- Assist customers with selecting and renting beach equipment, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records of rentals.

- Set up umbrellas, chairs, and other beach equipment according to the customers’ preferences, ensuring they are secure and properly positioned.

- Help customers with any special requests, such as adjusting the position of umbrellas or bringing additional chairs.

- Keep the beach area clean and organized, removing trash, and ensuring that equipment is well-maintained and in good condition.

- Address any questions or concerns from guests, providing information about the beach, local attractions, or amenities.

- This role requires a combination of physical work, customer service, and attention to detail to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable beach experience.

- Work directly with players to improve their skills, technique, and understanding of the game. Provide individual and group instruction on drills, plays, and tactics.

- Help design and execute practice plans that align with the team's goals and objectives, focusing on player development and team cohesion.

- Inspire and motivate players to perform their best, both during practices and games, while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
