My primary function when I was hired was to communicate with different companies or individuals and to make sure all of the trailers or goods were in their appropriate locations by specified times. Those job requirements changed many times over 10 years which evolved into a lot more "hands on" labor indoors and out. I worked behind the scenes with little to no direct supervision between 60-70 hours a week for most of my time there. In the end I was a Jack-of-All trades performing duties like cleaning and inventory to maintenance and anything else. As long as I knew the desired outcome for the task, I took the steps necessary to get it done quickly, safely and efficiently.

• Charted out upcoming routes with GPS technology and maps.
• Managed efficient loading, unloading and security of customer freight, taking care with fragile items and diligently bracing loads, balancing weights and preventing shifting.
• Delivered goods to customers both locally and long distance.
• Loaded and unloaded goods and freight from tractor trailers, heavy duty trucks and flatbed vehicles.
• Made sure that deliveries were on time for scheduled appointments.
