- As supervisor I directed people on what to do or how it should be done to get our job done faster and easier. The post is mainly a custodian but with the responsibility to make sure everything is done right, that the building is locked at the end of the night, and to assist people with the room rentals they have. As being part of a community center i have a decent grasp on customer service. I also have a good handle on manual labor as we are to do countless set ups for each day such as moving tables and chairs and even heavy benches and bleachers.
