• Navigated and Managed 523 federal aids to navigation, totaling over $6 million, and their legal documentation in the area of responsibility from Manahawkin, New Jersey to Great Machipongo, Virginia. Including Delaware Bay and inland waterways.
• Vessel Operator and Team Lead on various small boat platforms performing missions ranging from dive operations, aid verification, and the establishment of aids.
• Conducted Quarterly Training in various topics to include rescue and survival gear maintenance, emergency medical systems, vessel operation, direct current troubleshooting, and forklift operation.
• Responsibilities included Planning for maintenance, training, and currencies of cycles of each 15 enlisted members, 3 government vessels, 700+ items of rescue and survival equipment, and various heavy machinery.

• Managed 435 federal inland aids to navigation, totaling $4.5 million, and their legal documentation in the area of responsibility of 495 river miles of the Colombia, Willamette, and Snake Rivers.
• Conducted training in AID Repair, Forklift operation, Emergency medical operations, and vessel handling operation.
• Vessel Operator and team lead on two SAFE Boats and one Metal Shark small boats for multiple mission sets, ex. AID recovery and setting,
• Acted as front-line supervisor for operations with heavy machinery, primary response vessel operator and EMT.
• Other responsibilities: Navigation and logistical planning officer of the ship.

• Served as an Officer of The Deck in underway operations in the Persian Gulf, demonstrating leadership, decision-making and navigation skills in a hostile dynamic maritime environment.
• Operated and maintained multiple Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems and multiple successful Counter UAS interactions.
• Lead vessel operator of 17’ Zodiac CBM with 6 person crew to operate in the Persian Gulf Conducting Safety, Law Enforcement and Aid working with local nationals.

• Specialized in maritime interdiction and law enforcement, Counter-terrorism/Force Protection missions ranging from Border operations, hurricane response, Presidential and United Nations General Assembly security.
• Participated in Security missions and tactical boat operations across North America.
• Roles included vessel commander, emergency medical technician, law enforcement team member, remote vehicle operator, water-survival master & instructor and medical instructor.
• Qualified to carry M240, M4, M870, Sig, Pepper ball launcher, Pepper Spray and Sting Ball.
• Over 30 deployments totaling 500+ days operating while deployed.
