- As a part of C.E.R.T. I have conducted operations in every Correctional Institution in the state, gaining insight and knowledge in operations of each Institution.
- Successfully worked in every building at Sussex Correctional Institute and served as Lead Worker or Building Sergeant on multiple occasions in various buildings.
- Completed F.T.O. course on Dec. 15, 2022. Serving as an F.T.O. I have helped guide new cadets through the early stages of their careers providing guidance, insight, and leadership. Routinely volunteer to assist in cadet scenario training.
- Completed Train the Trainer course on September 29, 2020. Since this time I have used knowledge gained in this course to better my instructional periods given on Use of Force and Firearms proficiency.
- Graduated F.L.E.T.C. Firearms Instructors Course and served as a Firearms Instructor for Sussex Correctional Institute and C.E.R.T. since June 28, 2019. Successfully instructing department transition courses from .40 caliber to 9mm, as well as executing several basic yearly re-qualifications.
- Graduated P.S.S. Control Tactics Instructor Course and have served as as an Use of Force and Defensive Tactics Instructor for the department since February 8, 2019. Executing lesson plans to re-certify officers in yearly training requirements for Use of Force.
- Served as a building Sergeant in various buildings and have worked all building at Sussex Correctional Institute.
- Graduated C.E.R.T. basic #40 on October 19, 2018.
- Graduated C.E.I.T. in September 2017 receiving the outstanding cadet award.
