As Sales floor manager my job consist of understanding the needs of a customer and directing them to the proper products or solutions by educating the costumer about the products in question. I am also a keyholder with opening and closing duties as well as making our bank deposits on the nights that I close the store. I also accept our truck deliveries weekly putting the new inventory into our system and keeping track of our existing on hand inventory.
I was hired as a subcontractor to create a one of a kind English program that would be used to rapidly train 500 new Ukrainian police officers in English. The program was based on tacit and repetition leaning that cold be completed in 12 weeks. The program would generate Ukrainian police officers that would have a spherical working ability within the English language. There has never been a program created like this before and it was quite effective. I created the program myself under the oversight of the DOJ in Kyiv.
I was asked by a friend who was part owner of the family owned company to work in Orlando Fla as a sales rep for the company to help build out the current sales program. In the first 3 months I was already top in sales for the company and was asked to share the selling method I had crated with the company. The approach was very unique and very successful some of the ideas were as follows
* All sales employees would refer to the companies and theirs, because we were a family.
* Any new clients were now part of this family.
* Their first orders were wrapped as presents, in the colors used in the company logo and personally dropped of to the owners as the welcomed into the Difiaba family.
* Product buyouts and referral programs were also initiated.
All in all the idea was to change the customers perception of the process, no longer having them look at the salesman and a shady salesman. Unfortunately that's how a lot of people perceive sales people in general and the idea was to remove this perception from the sales process.
