As well as supervising all operations personnel with adherence to all safety procedures including Pre Job Risk Analysis including (Lock out tag out, MSDS, confined space entry, overhead crane operation, as well as PPE inspection and enforcement) Also responsible for operation and supervision of the Waste water treatment plant, boiler operation and testing, Final product lab testing and all aspects of plant runability and safety standards. Also responsible for daily, monthly, and bi-annual employee safety audits. Responsible for planning and coordinating all facets of mill start ups and shut downs and maintenance and repair jobs on all De-inking plant equipment.
