  • PRODUCTION:
  • From start to finish I can do it all in a cabinet or wood shop
  • I cut and build face frames specified on our assembly sheet blueprints
  • Build all doors: shaker/flat panel, bead-board, raised panel
  • Build end panels
  • Cut drawer fronts
  • Build cradles
  • Cut and assemble any kind of drawer box
  • Cut and band shelves
  • Cut backs and parts: nail, toe kick, cradle parts, stand ups, braces, Etc
  • Do any kind of sanding, routing
  • Use various different machines and hand tools
  • Running the CNC machine and familiar with how it operates: Each cutting tool, initialization of home, setting depths, milling cut tables, executing files, etc
  • I have experience with cabinetry software: designing blueprints, optimizing, and sending the complied codes and labels to the CNC’s systems operator
  • We use Cabinet Vision
  • I can build the cabinets to design/blueprints specifications using any machines or hand tools needed to compete the job
  • Prepare the built cabinet for the spray rooms
  • I am VERY familiar with the finishing process and assisted many times in spraying, staining, painting, clear coating, scuffing, and glazing
  • All different types of colors and schemes
  • Assemble cabinets after being finished: Stapling backs on, screwing in cradles with slides: soft close or full extensions, drilling hinges, putting in glass for doors, drawer fronts on boxes, false fronts, building corner doors, installing trashcans

  • Finish and install afterwards: toe kick, crown, rathole, bar walls

  • Hand tools: Screw guns, drills, Kregg jigs, speed square, framing square, dikes, hammers, pry bars, chisels, multi max, hand sanders, nail guns, staple guns, jigsaw, rotozip, skill saw, clamps, routers, spray guns, air nozzles, etc
  • Machines: Table saw, radial arm saw, crosscut saw, wide belt sander, jointer, planer, molders
  • CNC, edge sander, drill press, band saw, Etc
  • Wood: Ruff-sawn pine, smooth pine, heart pine, bass, hickory, maple, walnut, oak, alder, etc
  • Various different types of plywood, and all different types of sizes

  • Responsibilities:
  • My responsibilities included all duties from previous Mellow Mushroom employment in the kitchen and as a Shift Manager continually training the staff in all areas of managerial and professional development
  • Used a cloud-based data system called Rosnet for all the restaurant's data including sales, labor, repairs and maintenance, inventory, etc
  • Used the data acquired from Rosnet to achieve company objectives in sales, service, and inventory consumption
  • Kept records and did weekly reports on appearance of facility, sanitation, cleanliness, and employee performance to ensure shift managers were properly training new employees and enforcing rules and regulations per corporate standards
  • Made employment, disciplinary, and termination decisions
  • Guaranteed that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurants and products preventative maintenance guidelines

  • Inventoried all fresh, frozen and dry foods, products, and alcohol that was left at the end of each week to compare with what was purchased from corporate and other vendors to reduce waste and ensure the store used inventory efficiently

  • Scheduled employees with consideration to meet labor cost objectives based on anticipated business activity so all positions were staffed adequately to accommodate the needs of the restaurant
