My role as a Certified Engineer at Molina Center, Long Beach, CA, is to perform routine preventative maintenance, work orders, emergency repairs, and inventory for various plumbing and electrical systems, I strive to assist the Chief Engineer in any way possible. I am also responsible for shift coverage for the Chief Engineer.

• Acting Chief Engineer for 2 years, This was due to not having a long term chief for more than 6 months at a time.
• Trained 3 Chief Engineers on how to operate our BAS, Facility tour/ emergency shut off locations, critical areas. I also taught them how to copy keys/ repin SFIC cylinders.
• Dismantled equipment to access, remove and replace defective parts to maintain operability.
• Contacted vendors to ascertain and procure necessary equipment and tools to complete jobs successfully.

• Worked with multiple different window vendors (Quality PF, South Shore WIndow Cleaning) to quote for re-caulking windows to mitigate leaks inside of tenant spaces.
• Arranged annual and 5 year inspection/testing with preferred fire service company (Advance Fire).
• Repaired leaking lavatories, water closets, urinals, and other equipment to keep bathrooms fully functional.

• Responsible for general building maintenance for the Pacific Life building in Aliso Viejo, CA.
• Performed preventative maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems. Primary HVAC equipment that I worked on was comprised of water-cooled and Air-cooled chillers, Boilers, FCUs, Exhaust fans, VAV boxes, and Cooling towers. I learned to operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts. Performed a variety of different troubleshooting tasks such as electrical tracing and A/C. Replaced Lutron EcoSystem programmable ballasts for common areas and tenant spaces, services were also provided for recessed lighting, wall pack fixtures, landscape fixtures, and roadway lighting.

• My primary role as a fencing contractor was building fences, and securing new business. The scope of work ranged from ditch digging, hauling away old material, and transporting new fencing for commercial businesses and residential projects. I maintained a clean and safe work environment for both the safety of myself and crew members. I used a variety of tools such as circular saws, chop saws, jigsaws, rotary hammers, MIG welders, and miter saws. My priority was our customer's satisfaction from start to finish.
