I am an innovative grower with high productivity levels and efficient task completion. I am Skilled in cultivation techniques, pest management strategies, and crop nutrition/ irrigation schedule optimization to ensure as close to 100% photosynthesis rate as possible, plant health, and yield.

I'm a great team leader! Problem-solving and adaptability is one of my strong suites, especially in fast paced or catastrophic events as i am a very calm and collective person. I'm a highly motivated person as I love tending plants with a passion from start to finish, they are like people to me and I want to give them the best opportunity to thrive and be as healthy as possible ( like the old saying goes, " Healthy roots equals health fruits & bigger roots equals bigger fruits").

I am very experienced in this industry, while living in Michigan I managed 3 separate cultivation facilities near 6000 plants having above par consistent results. I taught and oversaw cloning, set weekly PM schedules, managed defoliation crews, managed harvesting & trim crews. Not only am I a skilled cultivator & leader, I also can design and build grow rooms with up to spec equipment & trouble shoot equipment as I am very familiar with most irrigation & environment controllers.
