• job duties include but not limited to: Overseeing patient progression within a plan of care, daily documentation, weekly Progress notes, discharge summary's, patient care meetings.
• Experienced in providing hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to optimize patient outcomes and improve functional abilities for patients to return to prior levels of function.

Job duties performed but limited to: Treating patients with respiratory, cardiac, musculoskeletal, chronic pain conditions.

Transferring patients in/out of bed, gat training, assistive device training, stabilizing vitals, documentation, patient/caregiver education.

Aquatic therapy: Working with CVA, chronic pain, spinal stenosis, post surgical patients

Equipment used: Hoyer lift, stand-aide, standard wheelchairs, reciprocal walkers, holter monitor (ECG)

Clinical rotation included 8 weeks inpatient and outpatient facilities.

Job duties performed but not limited to: Treating patients with post operative joint surgeries, ORIF's, range of motion deficits, therapeutic massage, modalities, corrective therapeutic exercise, cold packs, documentation and billing.

Clinical rotation included 7 weeks of outpatient rehabilitation

Job duties included but not limited to: Participated in LSVT BIG program, vestibular/proprioceptive training, gait training, functional mobility, corrective exercise, goniometry, graston, massage therapy, stabilizing vitals, documentation.

Clinical rotation included 16 weeks of outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation
