  • Cultured several induced neural stem cells (iNSCs) derived from progressive multiple sclerosis patients for investigating unique epi- and transcriptomic signatures via single cell RNA/ATAC/multiomic sequencing
  • Processed over 10 human femur head and knee bone samples weekly for HSPC analysis via flowcytometry and compact bone-derived mesenchymal stem cells for culturing via collagenase digestion
  • Troubleshooted and refined proximity ligation assay protocol for analysis of DNA damage machinery recruitment in HSCs
  • Established and refined working protocol for isolation and culture of compact bone-derived mesenchymal stem cells from mouse and human samples, increasing time efficiency by 15% while decreasing use of lab supplies
