As a crew member I helped open the store by recieving product, rotating and stocking any number of sections such as meat, dairy, wet produce, dry produce ect. Once the store opened I would eather be in charge of a certain section or, run a register. All the while focusing on the customer experience. We had many regular customers that I would have very pleasant conversations with. As a manager, I would have a wide veriety of responsabilities such as, running a crew to open the store by directing people to do various tasks and move people around as needed. Open and run the office, open and stock all registers, answer phones and address any customer concerns or questions. Making sure the store was stocked and clean by assigning and managing people in different sections throughout the store to maintain a high level of order and smooth operation.
I have worked in restaurants and bakeries in the past but the majority of my experience has been in retail food. I feel that I have a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic desire to learn. I think it would be very fun and rewarding to work as a baker for you.
