I have worked at Stop and Shop for 6 years. Started out as a bagger/carriages then learned how to do everything else. For example stock shelf's, cashier, great customer service, listen to my peers and management. I was then promoted as a CSS. Which is a supervisor for the front end. Would deal with daily tasks and issues and help customers day in and day out. I use to also work in the peapod department. Which is when customer's place their order online and they pick it up at the store. I have also worked at AT&T. I was an assistant manager. Then got promoted to store manager. Basically running the stores operations and making sure my co workers needs are met along with the stores goals. Reaching out to local businesses and first responders as well to spread our business side (business accounts) of at&t and also the first responder network (Firstnet). Now I currently work at Lennox. We sell HVAC units and parts to repair those units. My job consists of helping our dealers meet their costumers needs to bring them comfortable temperatures build them a quote to repair or install brand new equipment.
