As a Letter Carriers for the United States Postal Service for almost 34 years, I was a Union Representative in West Haven for 29 years. During this time I would handle all contract disputes between the Postal Service and the Letter Carriers. This included handling all disciplinary action issued to Letter Carriers by the Postal Service. In 2012 I was trained by our National Union to advocate grievances at arbitration. In 2012 I was certified as a Dispute Resolution Specialist. From 2016-2020 I was responsible for resolving all contract and discipline disputes between the Postal Service and the Letter Carriers Union in Connecticut.
