I oversee and manage nine indoor sound stages and two outdoor stages. Ranging from 26,000 sqft to 4,000 sqft, equaling 125,000 sqft of stage space.

Over the years, I have helped facilitate some of the biggest production projects that have come into New York City, working with companies such as Netflix, Amazon, Apple, Hulu, HBO, Showtime, CBS, NBC, etc. Working on various television shows such as Orange Is the New Black, Nurse Jackie, Succession, Severance, And Just Like That, etc., as well as various motion pictures such as Men in Black 3, The Taking of Pelham 123, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, The Irishman, Money Monster, etc.

Production companies reach out to me for stage and support space, and I help them throughout the entire project. Delegating responsibilities to my maintenance team, engineering team, cleaning team, security team, and parking team.

I handle all the IT and telecommunications necessary to ensure a smooth and successful production.

I work diligently to keep a building and grounds that are over 100 years old in safe and working order for my tenants.

I work on contracts and access agreements for stage space, support space, and various location shoots. Using programs such as QuickBooks and RT Pro for invoicing and purchase orders. Proficient in the S2 system used for security and personnel logging purposes.

I conduct tours of the facility, as well as stage and tech scouts.
