Ohio Connectivity Champions Coordinator

  • Coordinated hiring and management of 15 Connectivity Champions through CARES Act funding who are employed to assist school districts and families in obtaining, maintaining, and increasing broadband Internet for remote learning
  • Remotely interviewed and onboarded 15 people throughout state of Ohio to become Connectivity Champions
  • Coordinate Connectivity Champion’s roles and responsibilities with 18 Information Technology Centers, school districts, vendors, and families
  • Coordinate and develop general standard operating procedures for Connectivity Champions as they worked with school districts, families, and Internet Service Providers

  • Monitor service desk and call system and gave input to handling situations that arise
