  • Managed and led 79 team leads and first-line supervisors while maintaining eight E-6B aircraft, flying 5,300 annual flight hours; responsible for over $3.2 billion in national assets.

  • Command earned the highest score Navy-wide during the 2015 Cyber Security Inspection.
  • Power projection of National Defense Strategies in multiple countries during back-to-back deployments. The team achieved ZERO reportable conduct issues during this HIGH-STRESS time for employees and their families.
  • During a 2012 deployment, the team set a record by apprehending 112 bales of cocaine with an estimated street value of $367 million.

Collaborated with the Vice President while providing urgent needs for teams deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan by leading 11 Action Officers.

  • Coordinated a base-wide Black History Awareness Month event to include advertisement and practice sessions. Served as the Master of Ceremonies to a crowd of more than 600 during a highly successful event.
  • Hand-selected by the CEO from a pool of 220 Riverine Sailors to represent the command during a vital combat certification held "boots on the ground" in Iraq. The certifying official heralded the results as one of the best performances they have graded in years.
  • As a Patrol Officer/Lead Manager led 43 combat missions in Iraq. Meticulously used intelligence to capture a high-value individual and destroy over 2,000 pounds of Improvised Explosive Device-making material, significantly impacting the war effort.
  • As the department's leading manager, supervised four managers and 52 employees; the team completed 82 combat missions without a significant incident.
  • Navy-wide impact. Advised senior Navy Executives on significant deficiencies and suggested workarounds regarding manning and navigation policy; suggestions resulted in changes across the entire Navy.
  • Navy-wide impact. Submitted a memorandum to senior Navy Executives on improprieties between arduous sea duty pay and pay of employees in equally or more demanding positions; the memorandum included suggested fixes to the problems. Efforts resulted in a new instruction positively impacting the quality of life for thousands of employees Navy-wide.
