As a Control Systems Technician I have troubleshot and repaired 100 and 200 series hardware and communication on the DCS systems in my areas. I have configured and troubleshot logic using the Foxboro Control System platform.

Troubleshooting hardware, logic and forcing points using HEMA, Triconex Tristation 1131 is a part of my job along with some control configuration and graphics of the DCS. As a control technician leading Risk D and SIS PM calibrations and function test either during plant operations or planned TAR is part of my job.

As a CST I have installed, commissioned and repaired DCS and Safety System equipment on small capital projects and 4 major upgrades from the ICC to the FCS platform. Instillation, troubleshooting of hardware and networking communications is one of main parts of my job. I also assign points for the DCS and SPLC for the IE design group for projects.

I have experience in troubleshooting and repair of the Allen Bradley PLC's.

I am currently using INTOOLS and TEAMS for my controls documentation and communication as well as SAP for time and failure tracking of DCS hardware.

As a Senior Instrument Technician with 23 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair instrumentation and valves. Planned, scheduled daily work, P.M.'s and shutdown jobs using SAP software.

As a instrument technician troubleshooting and repair of level , pressure and temperature devices and all other instrumentation used in a chemical plant. I have a heavy experience using all of the instrument communication software protocols. I worked with operations on upgrading and installing the best instrumentation to meet the needs and challenges.

Using the DCS and Triconex safety system was a must in troubleshooting instrumentation and helping operations troubleshot the plant.

Acted as a mentor to new instrument techs for the plant.
