- Replaced old pressure transmitters and ran new tubing from instrument to process.Demo old level capillary and installed new ones made sure correct bolts and gasket were correct and matched documentation. Pressure tested tubing for leaks and made any repairs in old existing tubing as needed. Ran new tubing on Compressor Skids using ½ tubing and correct hand tools and benders. Ran new tray and support as needed.

- Removed transmitters that were needed to be replaced as well as demo tubing, air pipe, steamtrace, dekron. Installed new tray using hand tools and made sure to fabricate and bend using tray benders. As well as fabricated the supports for the tray using a bandsaw and filed it to prevent sharp edges. Installed stands for transmitters as well as mounting them onto the stands. Steamtraced LI's, transmitters, valves using copper tubing of 3/8" with my benders. Located the supply and return in order to run the dekron correctly and for steam to roll over to the tubing having the tie ins. to the tubing. Installed tubing to transmitters made sure it was leveled and having its slope in order for the transmitters to be reading its flow correctly. Installed 3/4" tubing tothe air supply and tieing onto the MOV.

- Run 3/8" and 1/2" tubing on valve as well as ran tray with tubing 1/2" rack tubing fabricate tray using hand tools and used my benders to make the Correct bends depending on how the ISO wanted the tubing to be ran. Will run over 120' of production per day with help of a partner. Used basic hand tools square, measuring tape, level, wrenches, file, ratchet, saw saw, band saw...etc fabricated supports in order for Tray to have support once installing. And ran air pipe for air supply to valves.

- Have meetings in the morning to talk about the work scope of the day and talk about safety and how I will make sure my crew will work safely and making sure quality of our work was as done as expected and on time. Will walk out jobs with crew using ISO drawings and P&ID. Made sure we had all the material and tools required for each job and will answer any questions or concerns they will have to make sure everything will go as planned. Made sure everyone was putting in the production that was required on a daily basis as i will meet up with my bosses mid day to give them an update with our schedule.

- Steamtrace pipes, and used my 1/2" benders to bend tubing and used stainless wire to hold tubing onto pipe. Measured and fabricated supports that we're going to be installed onto beams and used windows clamps as the support onto thebeam. Pulleddekron onto supports and used 3/4' straps to have them holding onto the supports and put a union where the dekron and tubing will tie in and the other will be connected to a supply manifold or condensate which is the return. Used multiple hand tools like a square, tubing cutter, rimmer, measuring tape, wrenches,ratchet, level...etc.

Installed instruments and placed stands for them made sure all bolts were tight using my hand tools made m sure everything was correctly placed and leveled. Ran air pipe 1/2" used threading machine and made sure they were properly installed with no damage or kinks as it was aluminum. Cut struts to support tray. Used my tubing benders to bend tubing did offsets, 90s, 45, made sure my tubing had slope where required.

- Install instruments, set up stands for the transmitters to be setup fabricated tray for rack tubing as well as fabricating supports and got all the materials needed to be put all together. Used my 1/2" benders to bend tubing did offsets on tubing used clips and installed tubing onto tray. Installed a support stands onto grading then placed the tray and used a spring nut to hold tray onto support and slopped the tray at the end as requested from ISO. Walk down job scopes and pulled permit as to what the job was going to involve doing and needing.
