Management Responsibilities

  • Principal and Chief administrator of St. Mary’s High School, Annapolis
  • Negotiate and execute contracts, recruiting, hiring, dismissal of administrators, faculty and staff
  • Organize and direct the faculty and staff in the accomplishment of the school’s mission
  • Execute annual budget for St. Mary’s High School (2025 FY est. $10,000,000) in collaboration with the President and parish leadership
  • Collaborate with the school President and Principal of St. Mary’s Elementary School and Pastor to create school calendar

  • Insure proper maintenance of school facilities and property for St. Mary’s High School

  • Organize and supervise St. Mary’s High School guidance and counseling program
