Joseph Morford

Since beginning work at BlackTip I have done a variety of different jobs including the following:

• Helping create the first chart of accounts in Quickbooks
• Building racking and building prep for new warehouse
• Accounts receivable and collections specialist
• Inventory management projects
• Various accounting clerk activities
• Website and ERP backend projects
• Assisting in insides sales

I am very thankful for my time at Blacktip due to how much business experience I have gained. I have learned about the finance, manufacturing, and office side of operations. It has been a great experience.

• I began caddying the summer going into my freshman year of High School. I needed to make money so I would go early in the mornings on weekends. My Dad would drop me off and I would sit on a bench for hours until I finally got to carry a bag. Over the years I have dedicated a lot of time to go from a "C" caddie to an "A" caddie and have learned many valuable lessons along the way. I have been able to create relationships with other caddies, business professionals, and even a few celebrities and star athletes. I have learned how to organize for events and assist in caddie assignments. Caddying has helped me grow as a person in more ways than i can express.
