Accomplishments

Developed and Implemented a new upgradeable communication system between the manufacturing, shipping, and maintenance departments. This project required taking the process from idea, to proposal, to presentation with the board of directors. After approval, the new system had to be introduced to the various teams with detailed standard work instructions as to how the channels were assigned within departments as well as proper equipment usage.
