  • Partnership Council: Discusses policy and procedures that impact therapists and the patients we serve.
  • Workday Position Management: Enhancing the Workday experience for leaders by identifying barriers and mitigating redundancy so data can be more accessible.
  • Retention Workgroup: Partner with a cross-functional team to improve retention efforts with measurable outcomes. Currently leading a group that has proposed growth initiatives globally to bring attention to current work that provides insight to opportunities that exist within the organization. The group has also identified areas for improved leader networking with specific learning didactics to improve a leader’s hard skill set.
  • PICU Code Review: Review of past code events where information or improvements can be identified.
  • EDTC Code Review: Review of code events that occur in the emergency department and information or improvements that can be identified. Currently collaborating on new workflow processes that will occur with the new emergency room.
  • Trauma Committee: Information sharing and listening to discern key takeaway to staff. Partner with the trauma team to identify personnel for trauma simulations.
  • EMSC: Statewide program to improve pediatric emergency care. Partnering with EMS agencies and local hospitals to improve pediatric care in small/community hospital emergency rooms prior to viral season.
  • PICU-UP: Current study at Children's Wisconsin to look at earlier mobility interventions for all patients. The goal is to decrease ventilator days, sedation and improve overall outcomes. This group will also look at nurse led rounding models to change current practice.
  • Joint Clinical Practice: Multidisciplinary teams that review policies and procedures throughout the entire system.
