This was a self taught computer software business that I created that allowed me to quit every other job I had and pursue making software to sell to resellers fulltime. I taught myself how to use javascript and other languages close to that to learn back and front end software fluently. This brought me in a lot of money but I have recently since gone to college and do not have time to keep doing it.

Since the restaurant was new everyone started out as a crew member. As time went on they selected a specific group of crew members to become a shift leader that showed they could handle the responsibilities of being one role under the assistant manager. I left because of a business I created myself. This job taught me a lot of working together as a team and working in a fast moving hostile environment.
