Joseph Park

My name is Joseph Park and I am currently a sophomore college student at UNLV. In terms of notable work experience, I have been a Sunday school teacher for a year two years ago. Additionally, I have done food delivery for Uber for about a year which has helped me develop skills with adapting in ever changing circumstances at a fast pace, as well as an ability to pace myself and effective communicate with my customers. Throughout my life, I have been placed in many uncomfortable environments which has helped me learn to quickly adapt to various different situations. This also means that I can change my behavior and learn new things with relative ease. My hobbies and how I tackle my problems have shown me that I can be creative with how I go about approaching different problems. I am also self-reflective which means that I take my mistakes and short-comings seriously and I always make it a top priority to better myself whether it be not making the same mistakes or changing certain aspects of myself. I am also capable of working as a group with other people and interact with them in a way that makes them feel comfortable. Furthermore, I have recently done missionary work in Mexico for a week to help the local children there which has demonstrated that I was able to adapt and strive in an unfamiliar setting working with fellow missionaries that I have not interacted with beforehand. In retrospect, I believe that all of these skills that I have accumulated throughout my life would be a great asset to your establishment.
