LEADERSHIP ROLE: DRILL AND CEREMONIES OFFICER
-Position Description: Manages, teaches, and leads cadets and officers under the Drill and Ceremonies Branch (Drill Team, Color Guard, Raiders Team) which specializes in athletics, ceremonies like presenting the colors, marching in parades and Color Guard competitions, drill team exhibitions and competitions. As a command staff officer (top 5 in the corp) it is also expected to aid in the managing of other corp operations outside of drill and ceremonies like cadet leadership, fundraising, equipment managing and personnel managing.
PROGRAMS PARTICIPATED IN
- AFJROTC: AFJROTC cadets learn to be cadets, citizens and leaders through various forms like marching, commanding, community service, leadership activities/lessons and team building activities. (4 years)
- Drill and Ceremonies: Drill and ceremonies as stated above, is a place for cadets to extend their commitment by joining the 7th period class and learn to be the highest and most elite level of cadet the corp can offer. Drill and Ceremonies cadets learn to uphold traditional American ceremonies like funeral details, raising the colors, retiring the colors, presenting the colors, marching, as well as spinning rifles for performances, exhibitions, and competitions. (2 years)
- Raiders Team: The Raiders team is a subdivision within Drill and Ceremonies however it is not exclusive to 7th period. Cadets here challenge themselves physically by working out and competing in specific challenges and obstacle courses against other schools. (2 1/2 years)
- Kitty Hawk Air Society: KHAS is considered the National Honors Society of AFJROTC and cadets here are required to participate and create community service events as well as fundraising events. (2 years)

LEADERSHIP ROLE
- Department Manager/Announcer: Manages all teachers, teachers assistants, and students (1-2-3 graders) within the KIDSWINC 1-2-3 department. Also serves as the announcer and goes over weekly announcements, upcoming events, and monthly bible verses.
- Teacher: Teaches student based off of the head pastors curriculum on whatever the bible lesson or virtue of the month is. (ex: virtue of the month is kindness)
