equipment installation, spray booths, fans. Communicate with clients on code compliance. Produce reports noting corrections to be made .Projects include single family dwellings, restaurants, commercial facilities, hospitals, movie theaters, and high rise buildings.

from initial inspection through final inspection. Communicate with

clients and produce reports on code compliance and corrections needed to be made. Projects include single family dwellings, restaurants, commercial facilities, hospitals, movie theaters,malls high rise buildings up to 30 stories.

In full charge of all Plumbing/Mechanical Inspectors. Including rough duct/piping, grease hood duct, hoods,fans, spray booths, fans, smoke tests and fire suppression, gas stations. Plan review on plumbing/mechanical plans and specs Communicate with clients and produce reports on code compliance and corrections, Perform Fema post disaster damage inspections and assessments. Projects include single family dwellings, restaurants, commercial facilities, hospitals, movie theaters,gas stations, and high rise buildings.

Management of A/C duct, equipment and piping installation projects. Includes scheduling and of all commercial construction teams, duct installation, and piping personnel.
