manage a 10 man crew, can write reqs along with sending in service reports. I know how to use AIMS and assign work orders. I have great knowledge of all building locations and building managers. I know how to call contractors and line up jobs and get quotes. I recentley had a small project and had to pull all permits and maintain all crafts that were involved with the job to see it done in a productive manner. I have also set in on multiple job interviews for postions in our shop so i know how the hiring process works. I have passed all 4 years of NCCER and I am now half way through the supervisor challenge classes. I have highlift experience, forklift and JLG experience i have operated all of this equipment on campus in the past 9 years.
