Served as NATOPS Evaluator for 4 years in both Rota, Spain and Warminster, Pa. Maintenance Check Pilot in both squadrons.

Power Plants Branch Officer, Assistant Quality Assurance Officer and NATOPS Officer in Rota. NATOPS Officer and Quality Assurance Officer in Warminster as well as Project Officer for experimental synthetic aperture radar and the Bear Trap program.

While at Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron 2 (VQ-2) flew Top Secret reconnaissance flights throughout the Mediterranean, Baltic, North Atlantic and Indian Oceans.

While at Naval Air Development Center (NADC) flew various test and evaluation flights as well as acceptance test flights on modified P-3's destined for the Norwegian Air Force. NADC operated throughout the world from Africa to the North Pole.
