The mandate on this team is to develop the company's internal tools application called Customer Central (CC) to enable operational efficiency for the customer success teams.

• Lead team in implementing RBAC for CC using the Okta API
• Lead team in the development of a Zendesk phone integration with Talkdesk to enable efficient call routing, resulting in a 50% routing efficiency boost
• Develop Jira and Snowflake API integrations with CC, leading to a 20% bump in operational efficiency
• Write and present tech proposals for projects derived from PRDs
• Build AI knowledge assistant to provide business insights to our internal customers.

Core Payments - November 2020 - May 2022

This team was responsible for managing the timely and accurate transfer of payments to member bank accounts during payroll.

• Built search engine for finding the lineage of a downstream payment object to expedite payroll incident triaging and investigations and remove dependency on production console. Given an ACH file, Batch, or entry detail ID, it would show whether it came from an invoice, voucher, settlement, etc, and which one.
• Developed feature for direct upload of ACH files to Nacha dashboard
• Added fee types to various payment models and routed them to our payroll bank accounts

• Built websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Wordpress and Joomla.
• Enhanced user experience by implementing responsive web design and optimizing website performance.
• Developed custom web applications, resulting in tailored solutions for client needs.
• Integrated eHopper POS with websites to enable ecommerce.
• Planned website development, converting mockups into usable web presence with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON coding.
