Over the last 20 years I've had the opportunity to work with great chef's and people in general Opening of 3 restaurants (105 Harbor, Redfish, Sutton Place) recieved 3 star reviews from Newsday and the new York times, also spent 3 years at the Garden City Hotel where I gained most of my appreciation for being and becoming a chef. Large catered private events ranging from weddings ,dinner parties (watermill,the Vanderbilt)to outside bar b que for music concerts, craft and full service movie and commercial sets.
Lead a small team of 8 Cooks to produce lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Fish and American Bistro focused menu. Weekend and weekdays events, cruise dinners, parties. Had hands on for all preparation and service
