I took this position while training to be a patient advisor and travel alongside with Dr Steinbrech to our Chicago and Los Angeles office. Unfortunately health issues at the time got in the way of my advancement within the company.

I scheduled surgeries, consultations, and follow-up appointments while ensuring seamless communication. I also was in charge of financials; daily reports for all three practices.
