  • Distribute all inter-company returns to designated company brand area. (Ford, Dodge, Ram, Subaru, Honda, Mercedes Benz, Nissan, Hyundai, Audi and Toyota.

Vehicle Detailer

  • Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles that had collision repair completed.
  • Duties to cleaning the interior of the vehicle are blow dust out of the vehicle that may have been caused by the repair work while doors, panels and windows were off of the vehicle. Followed by wiping down vehicle plastic panels/ dashboard.
  • Vacuum floor areas of vehicle free of any debris that may have fallen to the floor at the time of repair.
  • Clean all interior windows with glass cleaner and towel.


  • Duties to cleaning the exterior of the vehicle are degrease all wheels clean from any brake dust or substance.
  • Rinse vehicle with water to remove dirt before applying soap.
  • Scrub entire vehicle with microfiber mitt and soap to clean up the vehicles paint and free of any dirt, bugs, tree sap etc.
  • Dry entire vehicle off with chamois cloth to prevent all water spots that may occur.
  • Apply body shine to entire body of vehicle. Present like-new appearance of customer’s vehicle. Apply tire dressing to tires for a shine on the wheels.
  • Clean all exterior windows with glass cleaner and towel.
  • Drive vehicle up to the front of building for service advisor’s customer delivery.
  • Clean technician shops. Dispose all garbage and cardboard. Dispose at the dumpsters outside of facility.
  • Drive customers to destination needed if they dropped their vehicle off at Caliber Collision and have no way of transportation.
  • Pick up vehicle parts that are needed to expedite collision repair process.

  • I sell the products that Hat Club has to offer. That goes from Hats, Hat cleaners and hat modifiers.
  • I open and close the register. One responsibility is to keep the drawer with the appropriate amount of money inside of the cash register. When I close the store for the day, I am responsible to make and deliver the bank deposit to the bank that we work with.
  • As an Assistant Manager, my job was to keep the store running smoothly. From motivating the team and having the inventory up-to-date.
  • Every other week the manager and I had a group meeting about what we can do to strive in sales and reach our sales goals for the month as a team and individual.
  • On a daily basis we had duties for the store to keep it sanitary. We cleaned the store by dusting off the hats as well as the racks the hats were placed on. Also mopped the floors, dust light fixtures and wipe down counter tops.
  • Every morning, Monday-Friday the person who opened the store had certain hats to check inventory on. This is how we stay on top of inventory as a team and catch any discrepancies that can take place throughout the week.

  • Most common duty for the warehouse would be to receive any shipment that came in to the warehouse. Check in items and then allocate them to the stores to go out for shipment.
