See that jobsite logistic plans are in place and are shared, reviewed, coordinated, and enforced

Ensure existing utilities, both public and private, are located, identified, and marked to coordinate
new work and avoid disruption of service – this is to be performed with the utmost care
considering existing infrastructure, potential for missed marked locations, and variances in
elevations
Direct trade contractors' daily activities to achieve proper sequencing, quality, and coordination of
work resulting in good jobsite harmony
Look ahead to identify problems prior to impacts on project safety and progress
Confirm that required permits are in place
Confirm that inspections are scheduled, carried out, and documented as required
Prepare detailed daily reports and file them in a timely manner utilizing Procore
Regularly communicate with trade contractors regarding project schedule and changes in the
work to ensure all parties are working off of current project documents
Primary safety representative, ensure trade contractors safety manuals, material
safety sheets, competent personnel lists and other required documentation is present on the site
prior to performing work
