- Tasked with starting and developing a department within the company offering lighting, audio and video services (prior to 2014 Revolution Events was almost strictly an event decor company offering no technical services). In 2019 my department was responsible for $3.5 million in sales.
- In addition to running the department I designed lighting systems for special events of all types. This involved attending pre-production meetings with clients, doing site inspections, working with our CAD people, making gear lists, supervising installations and removals.

- Founded the company with my partner Jay Snyder and two employees in 1995.
- Sold my 50% interest in the company in 2013. We had approximately 125 full and part-time employees when I sold and were doing from 900-1000 shows a year.
