My home plumbing system was improved and rebuilt in 2020 and 2021 to include a new tankless water heater and most new copper pipes throughout my home.  My home Electrical system is under major Expansion, Renovation, and Upgrades. Storage shed floor is being rebuilt and reinforced. My home will undergo roof replacement this year. In 2012 and 2015 upgrades were made to the communication system service and lines. General Carpentry, Concrete Repairs, Drywall Repair & Replacements, and other repairs are maintained in my home  as well.
