  • Investigated and resolved corrosion issues in three nitric acid absorbers, mitigating immediate risks to personnel and environment while safeguarding long-term asset integrity.
  • Oversaw site platinum catalyst lifecycle, managing over $4MM in asset-handling responsibilities to optimize catalyst performance and longevity.
  • Supervised the removal of tubes from a steam waste heat boiler in nitric acid service to maximize recovery of platinum residue plated on the tubes, leading to a recovery of over $500k in precious metals
