Onboard duties: cater to owners and their guests- typically 8 people- including all meals and special occasions with guests up to 30 people; prepare lunch and dinner for crew of 5; Other duties: shop for guests and crew; keep galley and all food storage areas up to code.

Freelance Chef on board the 2 largest yacht on their fleet Algorythm and Living the Dream. 4 charters during the Summer Season of 2018 . Charters varied from day trips around Miami to 4 day weekend trips to Key West and The Bahamas. On this trips clients would personally contact me to discuss menus for there charters.
